I'm having a NO CONNECTION issue in FTM right now between FTM & Ancestry. I haven't been keeping up with the current situation that's been going on with FTM & Ancestry. Is this NO CONNECTION issue part of that situation?
I am currently logged into Ancestry.com in my web browser like I usually am. I have also tried going under the Help menu and choosing "Connect FTM To Ancestry" and typing in my Ancestry username & password. But when I click on "Connect" the message "Username or password not recognized" appears.
I've tried this for all 4 of my trees in FTM.
