Mine includes citation media and about 6100 personal files, for a total of 16K+ files. Can't give you an exact count, because I decided to time how long it takes to tell me that nothing is unlinked. We're 6 minutes in ....
I still have that 15-minute limitation for a screen capture video, so not much use in creating and attaching something that shows nothing, IMHO.
