as a follow up...I received the following today

We regret any frustration this sync error may have caused you. I have submit an error report on your behalf. Our development team is currently working to resolve this problem. Unfortunately, we do not have an exact time frame for resolution; however, we will inform you of any updates we receive from our developers. Your patience and efforts to assist us in this matter are appreciated."
So now all I can do is wait.....
