I have posted a couple of times in the thread and wanted to make sure that everyone that is having this problem send an email to Ancestry....I would also suggest you send a screen shot of the error message you get....I have sent them 3 emails.....after 2 they said I needed to unlink and relink my tree....didn't want to do that since my online tree is huge and lots of media files....but last night before I went to bed I started the download.....Tried the sync this morning and got the same error....I sent another email and as I did before I told them that a lot of people are posting on the message board on the same error all starting about the same time.....so it can't be FTM, or our computer but something with the server or something on Ancestry's end. If a lot of us send them numerous emails something might get done......this last time I told them I will no unlink and relink my tree again they need to fix this problem from their end. After the patch we got last year everything worked great...I work all day online and each evening I did the sync....now I'm really ticked that I can't do this....
