how to add chapters into FTM 2012 book?

This morning I began the tedious processes of creating and tweaking my various reports that will make up my book. Title page, title of contents, indexes of course are a given. So far, I have only added my own pedigree chart and family group sheets for 1st four generations. The trick is that FTM decided after the title and TOC, it created the first chapter "pedigree chart" and then included all the FGS as part of that chapter. I'd actually like to have Chapter 1 have the pedigree, chapter 2 have Family Group Sheets, Chapter 3 have maps, etc.

I have read through the help for FTM, their companion guide, and I don't see any option for doing this? Is there no way to break up the book into manageable chapters/segments? I can do it in Word but was hoping that the software would have some editing capability aside from changing fonts.
