Here are a couple ways you might try. There are probably others.
1) Probably my favorite would be to use the facility in FTM where you can copy and paste a fact, and the associated sources for that fact, to the family of a person. That family can include parents and siblings, wife and children. You can select one or all of this family in one operation.
Once a fact is added and sourced - it is copied (right click copy), you can paste that fact to everyone in the family of ANYONE in your file. You can probably copy that fact to your 100 people pretty fast that way.
You could attache the media directly to the fact, or to the source citation.
2) Media Workspace > Collection Tab
Select the Media Item
Right click > Select "Add Link to Person" (which should say "Add Link to Person or Person Fact".
Next is where you have a choice - See Radio buttons above right column.
1) Add to Person
2) Add to Person's Fact
Since it sounds like you haven't setup a fact, you would probably want to add to Person only. YOu still have to add one person at a time, but it is quicker than through the Family tab or Person Tab of the People Workspace.
3) If you already have the fact you want setup for each person, you can make a source for it and then a citation for it to a single fact. Then, copy (copy button) the citation and paste-link it every such fact for every person in your file.
