I too have the same problem and get the same error message...I work with my online tree daily and sync each evening when I am done. Everything as worked great each and every day until last Sunday 2/22 when I tried to sync that evening after completing my work. Since them I have not gotten it to work...sent a couple of emails to Ancestry along with a screen shot but have not heard a word.....Not even and acknowledgement that they received my email. And I agree, with the way the error reads it is a problem on the Ancestry end and not in my FTM program.....
At first I thought it was just me, but after reading these posts I see that the problem is wide spread. Has anyone gotten any answers from Ancestry?
