I do have an RSS Feed for the FTM board, but if I post a reply/question on the board, I get a specific notification via e-mail. The e-mail notification is what I want to unsubscribe to.

I'm going to try unsubscribing by unchecking the "Send me an alert when anyone responses to this thread" that I see just below this text box.
