There isn’t a single list (at least a publicly available one). I have been using the software (both FTM2012 and MAC2) since the beta versions of each. The software developers (different for 2012 and MAC2) have fixed a lot of bugs in the past year and they have become more stable (though I think the Mac version has become less stable in the last month, perhaps as Apple updated its core software/OS). I would watch for Windows 8 risks to emerge, but haven’t seen any yet, and I use that also. Most of the problems I have, with both software, have to do with syncing (e.g. failed syncs, duplicate media, partial media, duplicate source citations, etc.), and I have spent MANY hours cleaning media, citations, redoing hints (shaky leaves), etc.
I suggest working from your AMT (Ancestry Member Tree) mainly; so when you have problems, you do not have to redo your hints, invitees, etc. You will have problems, and have to unlink your trees at some point, and I find it best to recreate my FTM (Family Tree Maker) trees from my AMT. FTM is good for the spell checking, mass changes, location consistency, etc. Just backup things a lot and make mass changes in FTM intermittently with successful syncs. Compacting your FTM file, clearing cookies (from browsers) and rebooting your PC seems to help me also.
