I had an error when I tried to sych my trees (telling me that I might have to unlink trees if it continues) so I called tech support yesterday and had a very pleasant experience. Prior to calling, I followed a troubleshooting tip and created a test tree to synch with Ancestry and that worked fine, so I knew it was my particular tree that was the problem. The tech had me on the phone for about 20 minutes while he talked me through the unlinking, downloading of the tree from ancestry, then uploading it again. He did tell me that it would take a while (possibly an hour) to get the media files to synch and that I should leave the program open for this to happen. It took 12 hours (!!!!) to synch the media files but as of this morning, all seems to be back to normal.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and a happy customer in the end.
