From what I can see it appears no one [including me] has indicated that the thoughts and ideas dealing with the Ahentafel Report that have been discussed in this thread [and the "Lines Pairing System" ideas] discussed in the other thread] should not be turned into a suggestion and submitted to the Ancestry.com development group.
My suggestion is that you do this.
The only further thought I have is that your suggestion(s) should indicate to the development group that the implementation(s) be user friendly, flexible and include options that are advantageous to [and don’t hinder] the user when they use the implemented alternative report(s)
