PLACES page update requests

Attached are suggestions I've sent to FTM support for enhancing the PLACES page and its use:

- change icon on unresolved and ignore so they are discernible

- add option to right-click context menu to send the Place to Internet search

- make Resolve All Places dialog consistent with the right-click context menu

- add optional button to send an Unresolved Place Name and its info to FTM for inclusion to the Places database.
