One thing that concerns me is that I've just looked at the Error Log files that I generated when I sent the original support request, and there are no media items in error. I suspect that as I clicked Retry every time, it overwrote the error in the logs. This time, I didn't click Retry until after I'd generated the Sync Error Log.
It's also strange that the offending item appeared OK on my AMT Media library, and in my FTM tree. Also, the file name included no special characters and used the naming convention I use for all media items.
Maybe if anyone suffers ths error, you will have to unlink, upload the tree again, then straight away, generate the error logs.
