FTM 2012 Can't Ignore Non UK Hints/Leaves

Hi,
In FTM I get the hints leaf showing 3 hints for someone. But when I view them some are very wrong and I want to ignore. This is fine if they are UK records, but if they are non UK records the Ignore icon is greyed out and I cannot ignore.

I spoke to ancestry on the phone yesterday and they couldn't help other than tell me to ignore on the website.

This is fine, but I would rather be able to do it in FTM if possible.

Any help?
