I made a small tree using the charts you posted. I first inputted the data from the first chart then did the data from the second chart.

I then attached John and Susie as husband and wife using the Attach tool.

FTM 2012 says that they are husband and wife, and 6th cousins 2X.

How did you enter that John and Susie were married?
