I have been1 using FTM 10 since Oct 2010. On first installation from disk it was extremely slow to make configuration and complete installation. However I used it with no problems until early Jul 2012. The program was opened, within 20 secs the "Windows must shut it down" message came up and it closed. I reopened FTM and the same thing happened again. The third time, it would no longer even open from either desktop icon or Progams. I followed the online help and performed the trouble shooting suggestions. Nothing worked. Sent email to CS on and shut down my AV and firewall as suggested. Still would not open. Called CS on 11 Jul and spoke with 2 agents before the third one spent 2 hrs with me performing multiple possible corrections. The last was to update the .net which we did. After reloading the Win updates we had removed, it still would not open. He left the call with the suggestion that my software was corrupted and would be replaced. I am unable to get further CS help with the incident number as each new agent suggests OBVIOUSLY without reviewing the lengthy details of the order the same actions. The reply option for these CS contacts is "for the birds"
