Are you familiar with the ability of FTM to copy a source citation and then paste-link it to other facts?
Create the first source at one of the person's pages, which will autmatically create the first citation. Then, selecting that citation, click on the copy icon on the source citation button bar. Now navigate to other facts and select each fact and "Paste-Link".
That is probably the quickest way to copy the source to these sets of facts.
There are Gedcom utilities out there that might do the job and then you could import that Gedcom. Or some other genealogy program that allows adding a source for an import, then export a gedcom and back to ftm.
