Quite. I believe this is not the only thread in here about this! It irritates me to see the TV adverts here (UK) encouraging more of us to jump in, quite clearly before they've done anything to handle the numbers.
One daft excuse from an Ancestry help desk was that Ancestry itself isn't designed to be synced with FTM every few minutes. Which is presumably why a big exclamation mark and "Sync Needed!" pops up as soon as either changes - not!
