How to select the photo that is shown in the reports/charts in FTW 2012

For each person I have a series of images/scans etc
I do not seem to be able in FTW 2012 to set which one appears as the "default photo"

Any clues anyone?

e.g. I have many photos of the person shown in the attached picture but in this case none of them appear in the reports/screens as you can see on the second file attached

I have other people where the wrong picture is shown i.e a scan of their birth certificate, and it seems beyond me to change this to the photo I want

and some people by some lucky factor a photo appears but not of my choosing

any hints would be very gratefully received

I have been a long term FTW user and have since Version 6 have diligently updated the software, so which photo to use may have been set in a previous version
