Glad to read that. I have a few Mac friends who are interested in getting FTM, but I've told them to hold off to see if the bugs ever get sorted out. Glad that you're synchronizing again, and hope that it continues.
You should call in and ask to speak to a personnel supervisor to express your frustration about being blamed for something that was at fault in FTM. If enough people are vocal about that, maybe future customers will have better experiences with the help desk.
