Sync does not sync corrections/changes

I recently installed Family Tree Maker and synced to my online tree. I used the tools in FTM to "Resolve Place Names" and "Global Spell Check". Both took some time, but were quicker than going through each and every person individually.

After syncing, the online tree has NONE of the corrections/changes. The corrections/changes do appear in FTM. Why don't those changes sync to the online tree. Is there something I'm missing.
