I have completely deleted the program from my computer twice because of errors in my data. I am new at this and the first time they told me not to they were working things out and just wait for the upgrade or patch to fix the problem. Well I cleanded up my internet tree which took aabout 6 months, called them and they said it was working great I reinstalled it and the third sync failed and my work is trash again. I am still trying to fix my on-line tree. I don't know if I will ever trust it to put my family history there again. Good luck and I will continue to watch these feeds!!
