FTM 2012 Patch

Ok 3 times I have attempted to install the patch, and each time, FTM fails to launch after the patch is installed.

I then have to uninstall, then reinstall.

After I reinstall, the first thing it does is tell me I need the patch, and warns that not installing the patch will cause problems.

The only way I can get FTM to launch is to cancel this popup.

So whats up with the patch? Is it buggy or is there a proper way to install?
