Re: No Internet and Connection Message - FTM 2012

Where are you when you try to "download" your ancestry data to FTM2012 on your machine?

1) In FTM2012: Plan Workspace > New Tree > Download from Ancestry
2 Or are you in your tree in your browser and you are at the screen in your settings area where you can download your file to your machine?
3) Or are you syncing?

Have you logged out of all other instances of being logged in, on this computer or any other computer?

When you are in FTM2012, what does the dashbard say (in the right panel)

Your user name?
Your expiration of service date? (are you a paid subscriber - or using the Free Trees?
etc, etc??
