ghenning,
I am most appreciative of your suggestions regarding how I might successfully connect to http://www.ge.tt. For the present I have decided to wait before attempting to submit my ftmb file to ACOM. I figure there is no use in working with them on the sync problem if they can't resolve the issues with the failure to generate a GEDCOM file from my AMT. Not suprisingly, I am still waiting for a response from ACOM on the GEDCOM problem. Because I have added over 4,000 individuals, innumerable sources and a multitude of media files to my AMT since I created the ftmb file in December, there is no way I would want that ftmb file to replace my AMT via a sync with FTM2012. It's my belief (and I believe this was mentioned by someone in an earlier post), the folks at ACOM on the AMT team don't communicate well with the folks on its FTM2012 team. As a result, programatic updates to AMT wreak havoc on FTM2012 and vice-versa.
