I am having the same problem and have just deleted the entire software from my computer I've cried over hundeds of hours of work being destroyed for the SECOND time, the first time I thought I just didn't know what I was doing and cleaned up my Ancestry tree and for about 6 months and then tried it again with the help of the tech support (what a joke, they sent me E-mails on what to do) and the same thing happened. I'm just sick, but what can you do?
