Yes, and the "guess account / registered quest account" can use FTM2012 and the TreeSync Account. BUT, they can NOT use that feature on someone else's AMT. Only their own.
Online Accounts have free access to the free Ancestry Member Trees. The security settings by the AMT owner defines who can see what. But only the OWNER of that Tree can Download or Sync to that AMT.
