Also, thanks for the "reasons to upgrade" post. Have not been doing research for a few years. Time to upgrade and get back at it.
Remember I gave you a list of new features. What you need to decide is what benefit they are to you. You should only upgrade on benefits (to you) although I think upgrading about every third version is a good idea to stay current.

My strong advice is to add media only into FTM then sync. FTM has many more features than the AMT, including privatising media. This will give you the maximum benefit and the lowest risk.
FTM and the AMT are very different applications and FTM is very much more the capable application. Good as it is, I regard my AMT basically as an extension of FTM's charting capabilitity, the 11th chart if you will.
