I assume that you question is that you have a file created by FTM for Windows and wish to open it in FTM for Mac using a memory stick to transfer the files?
The short answer is no if it is a FTM file, but yes if it is a GEDCOM file.
If you want to use the FTM file from Windows because it also contains media, then you will need to convert it from the Windows format (FTM 2011 and 2012 files only) to the Mac format using the File Migration Utility running on a Windows machine.
The File Migration Utility is on the FTM for Mac CD but needs to be installed on a Windows machine.
