Bottom line: run in compatibility mode. See attached instructions. I reported two issues to Ancestry.
1. Must run in compatibility mode. (In my case to even get software to launch). 2. Ftm.exe is not signed aka doesn't have a publisher. Therefore, each time I open FTM; I get security prompt to allow unknown publisher to make changes to my computer. Family Tree Maker must address this issue.
