I have had problems with sync from the very start. Since Sept 2012 I have not had any issues until today. Error message is Mappings Handling Error. Please close FTM and try again later. You know the answer tech support gave me. Yes, unlink the and re-link. I laughed and told them this was the last time I would be using their garbage software. I can not tell you how many times I have spent re-syncing trees. How does one start a class action law suit? Would this be the only thing that this company would understand since they brought a product to market that clearly does not work. Just look at this message board at all the complaints.
