I appreciate your effort but that doesn't do anything at all. Media on FTM2012 has lots of images but not the one I just added. Others are missing as well, but I don't see a pattern as to what's there and what's not - some recent things are there, some aren't, etc. Frankly it's a little hard to tell much about the media. When I right click in the media main area or go to the top menu and ask it to "Find Missing Media" it comes back and says No Media Missing.
I guess if no one else is having this issue I'll report it and see what support can do. Thanks for trying.
