Media sync

I just noticed that I was missing some of the census images for a family on FTM2012. I sync regularly (almost every day) with Ancestry. I thought maybe I had collected those records before I switched to FTM so I went on Ancestry, brought up the 1860 census for the family, saved two records - one for the husband and one for the wife (1860 doesn't auto-add family members). Then I did a new sync and check for media - no 1860 census image for either!

I checked my sync options and media download is on. Is there something else I need to do? I know I have lots of images being downloaded... even 1860 census.
