I am using the button in the upper right of the FTM screen for printing a book. Letter sized pages show in Acorbat or Reader as letter size but a page that is 96 x 11 is squished to letter size so the across dimension is about 1/10the of the size.

Each page has it's own size in the Page setup on the right line of icons by choosing the page size from the drop down.

It seems that FTM is not conversing with Acrobat.

I can print mixed sized from Word and Excel through Acrobat.

I'm completely lost. Has anyone actually done this before?
