I assume that you are referring to FTM 2012 as there is no FTM 12
The simplest solution is to create and upload and sync your file as an Ancestor Member Tree (AMT) and then give family members the appropriate access.

Additionally, you may consider using FTM 2012 to produce a book(s) with the appropriate information and sending the book as a PDF file, printed, or on a CD. Books can contain charts and reports as well as smart stories and other text, media etc.
