No, the images that are atached to sources are not printed in reports like charts or Genealogy (Register) Reports, or Outline Descendant Reports. The "reference note" is the only thing that is printed - in the endnotes.
If you choose to paste a copy of the "printer friendly" version to a Fact Note, you can choose to make the Fact Note Private, and/or, in most reports, choose to include Fact Notes or not.
You could choose to paste the "printer friendly" version into "Citation Text", but I strongly advise against that. Citation Text can be included in reference notes or not at your choice. That would definitely lengthen the endnote if you chose to include it. I recommend pasting to Fact Note, Research Note, or Personal Note. I use Fact Note.
