"No response" Some thoughts and questions
Can you get to other web pages in your browser?
Can you get to ancestry.com and do searches in your browser?
In the "dashboard" - far right of your Plan Workspace - does it look like FTM has connected and showing all of the on-line stuff that it normally does?
How are you connected to the internet? Wireless? Maybe a bad connection. If using a router, move your computer closer to the router or get close to your router and connect via ethernet wire.
