Considering the number of people having these problems, across a number of platforms, it's not likely you made the mistake.
I had finally stopped having problems with synch, until the 723 update, now I can't do anything at all.
I have given up on FTM, and I'm looking for a suitable replacement (again) I only purchased 2012 for the synch, but it has never been reliable, and they always try to blame the user, instead of admitting to flaws in the product/process.
I know there are plenty of fanboi's out there who consistently stick up for company, and others who offer outrageous workarounds that the average person couldn't perform without step-by-step instructions yet act as if it is the simplest thing in the world... but the bottom line is, it's buggy, and they need to stop acting as if it's not, find a fix, or stop touting the feature.
