Run don't walk from Family Tree Maker 2012. It has been a nightmare and customer service (in the rare cases you can get ANYONE) is beyond useless. I have had to reinstall countless times, un-link and start a new tree at least every 3 times I have tried to synch it. Most times it just crashes my whole system. It strips all the information from my media files....I could go on but you get the idea.
