Do the non-vital Facts show up for the Child?
I agree that the Non-direct line spouse's Non-Vital facts do not show up, but as I just replied to SilverFox, it was my understanding of this report was for Direct Line information, with some information (vital facts) for the non-direct line. Keep in mind that some of what we are seeing in FTM2012, in that report, are new.
I suggest that you submit an Enhancement Request for the Descendant Report to include non-Vital Facts (as listed in the Items to Include), for the Non-Direct Line spouse, where there are no children.
The "no children" issue has been around for a while. Some folks expect that direct line child to appear in the next generation. In looking at this, there would be no additional information provided in the next generation.
But, please submit your detailed Enhancement Request / Feedback to the developers.
