I have a large tree (over 109,000 people; 22,000 images; 253,000 records). It synced successfully for years with FTM 2014. After I upgraded from FTM 2014 to 2017 there were some hundreds of missing and unlinked media files. I unlinked the tree in order to start over with a freshly downloaded copy of the online tree. Looks like that was a mistake.
I've tried many times for about a week now to download the tree. But, the download fails after grinding through citation analysis. After it fails, the option to send a sync failure report also fails. Looks like there is no sync log created.
I have Windows 10, i7-6700 CPU, 32GB RAM, many TB of disk space, 100 Mbps internet. Seems to be a problem with FTM.
