Re: "Your Search returned zero good matches"

I have been following this thread since day 1 and have NOT had any of these error messages.
I have tried every combination of the different check boxes, including all checked (Default) and all of them do not give me this error, but the display of found hits.

I have checked this by using, Ancestry, Family Search, Rootsweb, Yahoo, Bing and Duck Duck Go and all seem to work as they should.

I am and have been since it's release running version 23.1 on a Windows 10 machine with a Comcast, Cat 5 connection to the internet. My default browser out side of FTM is Edge.


After playing around in writing the reply, I have now gotten the "Blank Area" with a set of numbers Results when I click on Categories. There are all kinds of Records that are listed when viewing Records.

I have yet to see this error message "Your search returned zero good matches"
