In the past month I have not had one problem with the snyc process. It has been running very well. Time will tell. My Family tree maker program still has those crash moments where it will stall and take some time to recover. That is really my only complaint since the snyc process went haywire, but as I said before, They will get this fixed in time, but if you are still having problems my suggestion is to call the customer service department and talk to them until the problem is on its way to being fixed.
