Not sure what you mean by Detailed Notes.
Are you talking about Citations Notes? That is the field in the Sources Workspace, selected Citation, and at the bottom of the Center panel, there is a Link, Notes, and Media Tab. Those Notes are not uploaded to your AMT. In the right panel, is Citation Details and Citation Text, they are uploaded.
