Not sure what you are asking nor what problem you are trying to resolve.
Both of those SYNC LOGS reflect changes made on your computer that will be uploaded to your Ancestry Member Tree.
What are you questioning about the log images?
Remember that you could change the Facts, Place Name, or Citation for those facts and it would be reflected in those reports.
