I am using version 2010 and sometimes (often) when I select a public member tree that the hints have listed the search result detail box just keeps the "loading" symbol going and never loads the associated data so that I can merge it. Does anyone know why this is happening or what I can do to get it to load or at least get the loading to stop? There's no stop button for that part of the screen so it will just continue to attempt to load infinitely, meaning I can't even click on the "ignore record" button.
