OK! Another problem I had was getting FTM to install correctly on one occassion. After several frustrating hours
I transferred the FULL contents of my disc to a folder on the hard drive and installed manually from there.
I would uninstall FTM first and make sure ALL traces of the program are removed and then have another attempt.
