Thanks silverfox, but the problem is that acom doesn't have the Scottish 1911 census details - and even for the previous census(es?) I prefer to use the online digital image rather than just the transcribed record, which would make creating facts and citations much easier. And yes you're right, it's more like 15 items per individual! :( However, I've discovered tonight that i can fully create a census citation, with details and with the media and then copy that fact and past it into another person - so four of the five in the family get the full citation/fact/media/etc just pasted into their 'person'. Which is great news :)
I do subscribe to acom, and have used ftm from a number of years ago - but have now 'upgraded' to ftm2012 and bought myself a copy of Evidence Explained. New mantra is - slowly and surely.
