The problem there is that the GEDCOM isn't being made correctly by GenoPro, because it's not designating the name parts according to the GEDCOM standard. Hungary is just one of many cultures that places an over-name before given names. Guess GenoPro is just targeting western European cultures.
PS. It's a whole lot easier to cut and paste in the GEDCOM than to do all the pointing and clicking necessary to do the same in FTM (where you have either to use slash symbols around the surname or open the name details window).
