See attached for a different reaction but the screen is still grayed.

It is like something has been messed up with the program. I uninstalled on the Desktop and reinstalled and still have problem.

Problem doesn't occur on Laptop.

The file is stored in the \\PC-RONC\Users\Public\FTM-share area on the Desktop.

I really appreciate all of your help getting this squared.
